Kitty was standing out there as she was looking at the cop, and the man who had been arguing with him..

Kitty: I can help this... I know him, he isn't an animal abuser, he doesn't have like a hundred pets only a few cats. I have been to his place a few times, when he had one sick.

She said looking at him, as she was trying to reslove this before it was a big issue.

She said as she looked at the cop. 

Kitty: He doesn't keep the kittens, they stay here and he comes here.

She said as she looked at him.

Kitty smiled as she walked up to him putting her hand on his as he was holding the kitty , as she looked up at him when he looked down at her. 

Kitty: Just because soemthing looks big and scary, doesn't mean they are, I have seen a lot of pretty things do a lot of harm. 

She said simply as she rubbed his hand a bit then took the kitten to check it out..

He nodded. He was going to wait until the kitten had been spayed and had a clean bill of heath before taking her home to the little girl. He wanted to make sure that she would have the kitten for a long time.

He worked with Kitty on getting all the cats and kittens taken care of.
