The house that Bertha had taken Blair too wasn't his own, but it wasn't aboonded either..Jessica had been away on a modeling gig in France but she was glad to be back or she thought she was.. When she got there she saw two men arguing in her house she put her bags down.

||Jessica||- What do you two think you're doing in my home..
She saw one man just take off with out wanting to be seen, leaivng Bertha standing there holding the bag so to speak as Jessica went getting her phone out to call the police but he slapped it out of her hand, still pretty pissed at all that was going on as he just grabbed her.

||Jessica||- Let me go, and get the hell out of my house.

She said as she kicked him and then got her phone back as she took off away from him...

She gasped when he picked her up and then stomped her phone.

Jessica: Hey I liked that phone, you jerk.

She said kicking at him trying to get free as he carried her back inside.

She cried out when he did that, as he realized that she was a virgin, she struggled against him trying to get him off her.

She tried to struggle but it just pissed him off more making him meaner with her as she was crying she didn't even know why he was doing this to her, she didn't even know him.

She just turned her face to the side not looking at him as she was hurting.

She said as she didn't even know where he keys were at this point the way he ripped her clothes off..

She struggled to get free as she wanted to get out of there before he came back..

She was crying by the time he left as she was struggling to get free, her wrists where bloody but she didn't care it took her a couple hours but she finally got out of them as she ran up the staris and went into her kitchen to call the police..

When she couldn't get her phone to work she ran outside to the neighbors house seeing her car gone as she asked them to call the police for her, she stayed with them until the cops got there as she told them everything she knew...

After serval hours they made sure her house was safe, and then let her back in, she locked the door, and all the windows as she put the chain lock up knwoing there wasn't a key to that, as she then just tried to relax thinking about what happened, she went up to the bathroom as she took her ripped clothes off and stepped in the shower as she was cleaning herself...

She got out of the shower drying off.. She would sleep here for the night, but after that she was long gone from this place.. it had been nothing but trouble..

When morning came she was setting up to leave as her private plane picked her up... And took her to a hidden place... she got into her mansion as she was glad to be there feeling much safer..

She felt very safe here, always had as she had workers around and good security outside the gates.. but she didn't know that her threat was already on the inside.. She made her way inside putting her things down as she looked around.
Jessica: Good to be home.

She smiled as she went upstairs to unwind a bit she looked thru her new clothes as she pulled out a long silk nightdown, as she stripped down putting it on, she then looked around her room, looking at her pictures she had of her family and friends.. She then grabbed a book as she crawled into bed reading a bit before she called it a night.

She sat there reading for about an hour or so, before she put the book away, she then reached over turning the light off as she snuggled into her large bed smiling as she was feeling safe.

When morning came Jessica was up eating breakfast down staris as she was reading the local paper, and then planning her day out.  She went out into her garden a little later and saw the man there... She looked shockedf..

She backed away from him as he grinned.

||Jessica||- Get out of here..

She said as he just stepped closer... She turned to run inside to her security..

She got security and they kicked him out of her home and her property in less than a minute... She was shaken up as she just hid the rest of the night in her room, as she was curled up on her bed , thinking about what he had done to her..

She was on the phone listening to him.

{Jessica}- After what you did to me, you're not getting anything, and plus you stole money from me.. You're stuff is mine now.

She said as she hung up the phone as his stuff was brought up to the house as she had it in the corner in her room to go thru later...

She looked at Jospeh as she knew him pretty well... She had donated a lot of money to his police station.

||Jessica||- That man raped and robbed me... I'm not giving him anything, and you know I don't have too.. He had no right to come on to my land.. No matter which of my staff brought him, i own it not him and you know that he has no rights to anything.. and if you were a real friend you would make sure he never comes near me.

She said as she showed him the proof of the left, and was still bruised from the abuse as Joseph nodded siding with her...

She glarred looking at him as he was grinning.

She said honestly as she saw Jospeh smile at that as he told bertha there was nothing he could do there as Bertha looked pissed and threatened to get Jessica for it..

Jessica: I believe that is harrassment.. i want him gone.

Joseph took Bertha and left with him.

Jessica didn't care knowing by tomorrow the garden would be fine, she was just pissed that the law wasnt' on her side after all she had done, and all she had went thru she noticed even after his threat he wasn't arrested as he should of been by law.. She just shook her head... She went on her life ... few weeks were fine the garden was back to looking beautiful, Jessica was back to her life, as she was getting ready for a modeling job tomorrow finally all healed up... She had showered and made sure she would be well rested as she climbed into bed to sleep.

{Jessica} I don't have anything else of his, i gave you everything form the cottage.

She said honestly as she let him search it, and then let him seach the house for anything that may be it..

She said as he was satified.

{Jessica} I'm sorry but i really need to get ot bed i'm leaving early for a photoshooot.

She said as she showed him out.

She got up early and headed to her plan as she went to do her photoshoot. she loved the outfits and the weather as the pictures were taken she was gone over night, and was happy when she got back, as she had the new pictures, she put them in her room, with the others she had... She cleaned up a bit, but started to feel a bit sick.. She fought it off for a couple days but finally had a doctor called in, as she just felt weak and tired....

He didn't make it as far as he thought as the guards knew him and knew he wasn't allowed in as after a few moments the doctor entered in alone, to look and treat Jessica....

The doctor did his exam took some blood work and told her that he would get back to her, but she did have a small fever and her blood pressure was a bit high so he wanted her to stay in bed for a least a couple days, depending on what came back... He then made his way out ot the car, and told Bertha what he thought about it..

Doctor: If she wasnt' single, I think she would be pregnant.

He said but he had treated Jessica for awhile, but he didn't know about the rape either so...

He nodded as he didn't think to ask her if there was a chance.

Doc: I guess so, I'll run the tests and see what I get back.

He said as he drove off, to do the blood work...

He took the tests finding a couple issues but the main one, was infact her being pregnant... She made the call to Jessica telling her the news.. hearing the shocked voice and the depressed sound as he knew something bad had happened.

Doctor: If you want, I know a good crisis councler..

Jessica; no its okay.

she said not wanting to talk about it.. He told her about the cold she had and that she still should stay in bed for a couple days to rest.. He then put her file away and went to the next patient...

She just laid there curled up on the bed feeling lost and helpless.. There wasnt' anything she could do about what happened, but knew for awhile her career was over....Maybe even for good.. She felt devasted, she had no say in anything that had happened in her life lately...

She said simply knowing that she had every legal right to do so.

She said as she would make it happen knowing that he had no legal rights, not right now and by the time he did.. She got up as she weakly moved to the phone calling her laywer.. She set things up and then hung up.

{Jessica} She'll take care of it she said..

She said as she settled back into bed as hse looked at him.

{Jessica} I know where friends, but i know you seem to be buddies with that monster too, so thru this i think its best if you have another cop handle your dirty work.

She said not wanting him in the middle.. She smiled after an hour though when the house keep came up with the layer and the new court papers smiling as hse read it..

{Jessica} there same judge and dated time stamp..

she said smiling as she was happy that the law was actually starting to work on her side..
