She jumped when she saw him as she looked a bit scared then a bit annoyed that he was here when she had made every attempt  to do what the stupid restraining order said.

Madeline: You know you can't be forcing me out of every place, I need to work too.
She said upset that he was making things so hard on her as her grinned a bit, as she wasn't wanting to get arrested or fined anymore.

She just looked at him she didn't care about his image like he did, she didn't talk to him to her friends, then again she didn't' have any friends.. Thanks to him , she just nodded walking past him , as she wanted to close herself away in her office..

She was packing up her gear , getting ready to head home to do some more work. she got her coat on then headed out of the room and out to the parking garage to go home.

She shook her head as she walked away from him.

Madeline: You know I'm not allowed, stop trying to get me arrested.

She said as she went unlocking her door..

She shook her head as no one told her anything.

Madeline: No.

She said simply as she put her things in her car not trusting him..

She looked at the camera shaking her head as she handed it back to him.  After all he had done to her, she couldn't be bought like that...

Madeline: I don't need you to buy me anything or do any thing for me... I'm just trying to make it out there, if you want to do  anything for me, then just do what you first kept asking and just leave me alone, I have never stalked you or followed you, hell the first time you had me arrested I didn't even know who you were, nor did I care if you were famous, all I was trying to do was take nature shots, I'm not some star loved fan, I'm not paparazzi, I'm just trying to work and make ends meat.

She said as she got in her car.

Madeline: Just leave me alone, and I'll do the same for you.

She said as she started the car up and drove off..

She drove to her little apartment as she got out and headed inside still afraid of being near him after all she had went thru but she felt safe at home so she was calming down a bit as she started to put her things away and unwind for the night..

Jack had finally tracked her down. He had been looking for her for months and finally found her.

He knocked on her door grinning.

That shocked her, no one ever came to visit her, she didn't have any friends, or anything... She walked to the door as she stood there a moment as she opened it a bit and looked out..

Jack looked at her and grinned.

"Hello, Madeline. Surprised to see me again?"

She was shocked when she saw him as she opened her door.

Madeline: Jack!!!

She said as she jumped on him and hugged her old friend.  Who she hadn't seen in such a long time..

He hugged her close and smiled.

"I've been looking everywhere for you, girl."

looked at him thinking about it.

Madeline: Sorry, but you know me, never stick to one place too long.

She said as she had been moving a lot since her family was killed, but until all the legal issues she had been able to keep in touch with him, but everything got out of control so fast..

He looked around her place and grinned.

"Nice place. Very nice."

She smiled a bit when he said that letting him in to look around. 

Madeline: Thanks.

She said as she was proud of her place she worked hard to get it.

He slid an arm around her shoulders and kissed her cheek.

"I've missed ya."

She smiled glad he was here as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: I've missed you too. 

She said as it was nice to have a friend around, she was pretty lonely here.

He looked at her grinning.

"How is the dating scene around here?"

She looked at him as she was thinking about it... Not shocked he asked knowing he liked the ladies.

Madeline: A lot of hot single girls in the area..

He looked at her grinning.

"How about the guys? Keeping yourself busy?"

She shook her head.

Madeline: I don't need any of that kind of trouble.

She said thinking about it as she was already having problems with one and didn't want to deal with any men right now.

He frowned a little hearing that.

"Someone causing you problems? I can take care of him for you."

She shook her head as she didn't want him to do anything she had enough problems and didn't want to make it worse as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: No it's fine. 

She said after a moment as she thought about it.

Madeline: Just want to focus on my career, even if it is working at the porn studio for now..

He looked at her a bit shocked.

"A porn studio?"

She nodded as she explained to him what had been going on and how she had been forced to change her choice of what she took pictures of to naked people doing naughty things... It was sad and she felt sad thinking about it, but she wouldn't lie to him..

He didn't like that she was being forced to do this because of that guy.

"What is his name?"

She shook her head as she didn't want any trouble and she didn't really want her friend to get into any trouble and she was just wanting to forget about this for at least a little while.

Madeline: It's alright, everything is working out okay and I am starting to get back on track again, and honestly I just don't want to worry about it tonight.  I have my best friend here.

She smiled as she looked at him thinking about it..

He nodded and smiled at her.

"Okay, but if he keeps messing with you, he deals with me."

She looked at him when he said that as she didn't want anything bad to happen as she walked into the kitchen with him.

Madeline: It'll be okay.

She said as she got them a drink and was thinking about things..

He looked at her worried about her now.

"Is there a hotel near here? I don't want to be too far away from you."

She nodded as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: There is, it's right down the road..

He was glad to hear that.

"I will go get a room and get checked in. Then I'll come back and we'll do something together tonight."

She looked at him thinking about it as she nodded her head.

Madeline: Alright.

She smiled as she watched him go.  She went cleaning up the glasses as she went back into the kitchen as she heard a knock on the door, just thinking it was him, figuring he forgot something.

Madeline: It's open.

She said as she was drying her hands she turned walking out as she looked shocked to see Ryan there.

Madeline: What do you want?.

She looked at him a bit shocked as she took it when he handed it to her.

Madeline: Um, thanks..

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: Why are you going to be around the studio?

She said feeling a bit upset, she had been trying to say away from like she had been told but he didn't seem to help matters any always showing up where she had to be..

she looked at him when he said that.

Madeline: You know you cant' do this, you can't be where I'm' working, I'm tired of always having to move to change because you are some place... Don't' say you want to try to be friends, I've tried that before and it didn't work out, thanks to you, I had to pay everything  I had in fines that were stupid, I have been threatened with jail time because of you and yet you still don't' get it... Just stay away.

She said having enough as she walked away from him..

She turned as she looked at him.

Madeline: What's the problem!  The problem is it should of never happened, I never stalked you, I never tried to take any kind of pictures of you, you ruined my life. you made it hell since I got here.. So now you dropped that little order for now, but I don't trust you...

She said as she didn't and she had the right to not trust him and she didn't like him either.

Madeline: Just get out of my home, you're not welcome here..

She didn't bother to turn and look at him.

Madeline: I'm not asking you to do anything but just leave me alone, I don't want you in my life at all, I don't care if you're trying to make up for what you did, its way too late for that, I just want to be left alone and move on with my life.

She shrugged.

Madeline: As long as you stay out of my way, I don't care what you do.

She said simply as she didn't, she waited for him to leave once he was gone she closed and locked her door.

She was pretty annoyed..

Madeline: Spoiled brat, thinking that just because he wants things he can get it, he wants things to be nice now after he was so bad to me, well forget it, I don't need that.

She said as she put her dishes away..

Jack knocked on the door frowning.

"Madeline?"

She heard Jack's voice as she went unlocking the door letting him in.

Madeline: Hey sorry.

She said forgetting she locked the door.

Madeline: Just a habit I guess.

He had seen the guy outside.

"Are you okay?"

She nodded after a moment as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: Yeah, I just don't feel like going out.  I'm tired, its been a long day, but maybe we can do something tomorrow night?.

He nodded.

"We'll do something tomorrow. Oh and you may want to call an ambulance for your friend out there."

She looked at him confused.

Madeline: What are you talking about?.

He pointed to the door.

"He's out cold. Beside his car."

She rushed out when he said that seeing him knocked out and a bruise forming on his eye as she looked at Jack who was grinning but Madeline was scared as she called the ambulance, she hoped he wouldn't blame her for this and have her arrested...

But he did, after a few hours she was sitting in jail as Ryan reported that she had someone attack him, and Jack was trying to clear it up but was let go as the cops just figured Madeline tricked him by telling him some lie to beat him up when she hadn't done anything.  She sat there in the cell curled up and crying, thinking this was all unfair.

She shook her head as she was sitting there thinking about it.

Madeline: I didn't have him do anything, I didn't even know he had done anything until he told you were knocked out by your car.  I wouldn't of called the ambulance if I was the one who wanted it done to you.

She said as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: He's just a good friend, he was there for me when my parents were killed and gets over protective sometimes, he tries to play the part of my big brother since he can't look out for me anymore.

She said as she was defending him a bit, even though she had nothing to do with what happened to him..

She just turned away from him as she was upset enough she hadn't done anything but yet again was suffering for knowing him.

Madeline: Just leave me alone. 

She said just burying her face in her knees..

Destiny wanted to let her go, but Ryan's lawyer had her hands tied and she was upset about it.

Destiny: I would love too, but I can't do anything yet, I contacted Reese and he's trying to rush her release, talking to his brother to push for her to be seen by the judge tonight.

She said feeling bad for Madeline knowing what she had gone thru...

Destiny looked at him.

Destiny: I'll do what I can.

She said simply as she dismissed him as Reese called.  They got her to the judge as Madeline looked so depressed and defeated after all this as the judge felt bad for her and dropped the charges.

It was really late when she was walking home.

Madeline shook her head as she was told to stay away from him.

Madeline: I can't, judge said to stay away from you.

She said as she kept walking....

She shook her head just too scared to risk it as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: No its okay, thanks anyways.

She said as she wasn't being rude.   She just kept walking....

She shook her head getting frustrated that he just wouldn't leave her alone, she was told to stay away from him but he wouldn't stop.

Madeline: No, just please leave me alone.

She said running off as she ran home.

She was in tears by the time she was home again as she was just so tired of it all, she let herself in her house and just collapsed on her couch, curling up crying, not sure what to do anymore...

Jack heard she was released and raced over to her house.

"Madeline?"

She heard him as she dried her tears a bit and got up as she opened the door letting him in.

Madeline: Hey

She said in a small voice...

He took one look at her then wrapped his arms around her.

"It's going to be alright. I promise."

She leaned against him as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: I'm going to have to move again.

She said as she didn't know why she thought she could settle down some place.  She was always moving, this time would be no different.

He wasn't going to argue with her. If someone was causing her problems, she didn't need to be there.

"This time we go together."

She nodded a bit as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: Okay.

She said as he stayed a bit, camping out on the couch not wanting to leave her alone.  she did head out in the morning for her job and knew he would be there and he was standing around with his girl friend as she just went in talking to Mattie letting her know that she had to quit.  She didn't tell her why , knowing the judge warned her to keep her distance from Ryan so she having to give up another job.. She went to the room that she used as she packed up her things getting ready to head out of town..

She stood there thinking about it.

Madeline: It's alright, I'm moving anyways, leaving tonight.

She said as she had all she needed already packed at home so it wasn't a big deal.

She shrugged a bit as she was just packing things up.

Madeline: I'm use to it.

She said as she was use to always moving and having to run, it was what her life had become now.  She picked up the box as she started to leave

Madeline: Have a good one.

She said as she walked out heading to her car..  She opened the trunk as she put the box inside.

She drove home and walked inside she opened her door seeing a note on the couch from Jack saying he hooked up with a girl for the night but would be ready to go by morning.

Madeline: Nice.

She said amused but put the note down and just went and got herself a drink as she was debating on what she was doing her last night here..

She looked at the text as she was thinking about it a moment.   She then sent a text back saying she would. Waiting to find out where now.

She read the text as she got up grabbing her coat as she texted back okay.  She then made her way to the pizza shop as she went walking there.  She stood outside as she looked around a bit waiting for him.

She looked at him.

Madeline: Hey..

She said in a small voice.

He lead her over to the back so they could sit and talk as she sat down.  He asked if she was hungry as she shook her head, not being rude but just really not hungry or anything, as she looked at him waiting to see what he was wanting to say, figuring he had said what he wanted when he got to mock her in jail last night..

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it , she wasn't sure what he was wanting, but she nodded her head as she wasn't mad at him or anything she was just wanting to be able to have a bit of a life, which she couldn't do here it would seem...
