She looked at him shocked when he asked that as she was thinking about it, then shook her head.

Madeline: I'm sorry I can't... I'm leaving in the morning.

She paused as she was , she had it all packed, the land lord knew she was going to be gone so she had to leave.

Madeline: And personally, people aren't my thing, I like nature scenes, which was why I first came here, because of the beaches and the forest, it was so beautiful.

She looked at him as she was thinking about it. 

Madeline: I think it would be better for us both if we didn't cross paths.. Your family doesn't like me, they don't like me near you and they make life very hard for me, and we both don't need that kind of trouble.

She said as she started to get up.

Madeline: Thank you for the chat, but it's probably best if I go..

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: Maybe it's just to late for us to be friends... Too much has happened.

She said thinking about it.

Madeline: Take care.

She said as she walked out

It didn't get much better for him , as he went to meet his girl friend at the club he saw Madeline's friend making out with her as the two were going hot and heavy in the club as he just turned his head walking back out...

Madeline was walking back home as she was thinking about everything she was just unlocking her door when she heard him behind her...

Ryan: Your friend seems to be really into my girl.

She jumped a bit as she had been startled as she looked at him confused as he told her what he saw. She frowned a bit.

Madeline: I'm sorry.. He usually doesn't mess with taken girls.

She said honestly as she opened her door seeing how sad he looked she pushed it open a bit more as she let him in..

Madeline: The only alcohol I have here is wine...

She said as she didn't drink..

She nodded as she got him a bottle of water.

Madeline: Good, that bottle has been with me since I was 17, not sure how good it actually is now..

She shrugged as she had no idea, she didn't drink.

Madeline: I don't know, don't drink the stuff,

She said as she sat there.

Madeline: I'm sorry about your girlfriend..

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: Why?  has she played around on you before?.

She frowned when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: That's horrible.

She sat there thinking about it.

Madeline: I'm sorry..

Madeline sat there thinking about what he said and thinking about everything that has happened.

Madeline: I like this you better.

She said honestly as she was thinking about it..

Madeline sat there thinking about what he was saying as she could understand him being tired of that kind of life as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: So what are you going to do now?

She sat there thinking about it.

Madeline: Then do it.  Just leave all the crap behind, tell your father if he doesn't do things your way then you're gone, see if that helps change things a bit.

She sat there thinking about it.

Madeline: Family is important... I give anything to be able to have mine back... I took everything about them for granted, I was a typical teenage brat and now I can't ever make up for any of it...

She said as she looked down thinking about it.

Madeline: Sometimes the answer isn't leaving them behind and letting time do its thing, because you never know when time will be cut short... Don't do anything that you could regret down the road, at least take the chance to talk to him and see if anything can be done so everyone is happy before you make the big leap away.

She said as she thought about it, she missed her father so much, she missed her mother and her brother too, but she knew that she would never be able to see any of them again, and she didn't want to see others make mistakes that could be resolved in a different way.

She thought about it as she nodded her head as she didn't want to see him give up his family if he didn't have too, even though she didn't think she'd be much help.

Madeline: Okay.

She was shocked when he kissed her... She blushed a bit.

Madeline: You're welcome..

She was shocked when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: You have?.

She looked at him when he said that, she couldn't see someone like him having a crush on her, there wasn't anything great about her.

Madeline: really..

She blushed when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: There isn't anything so great about me.

She looked at him when he said that.

Madeline: If he knew she was taken he wouldn't mess with her.  He isn't like that, he's not that type  to take someone else's girl.

She said as she knew him well enough to know he didn't do that kind of thing..

She thought about that.

Madeline: He's really protective of me... He is afraid that I'm going to disappear again like I did when my family was first killed... I left for years and then when I came back I was such a mess , he is just so afraid to see me fall like that again and he doesn't like it when people mess with me, but he really is a  great friend... Been my best friend for ever..

Madeline knew he was right but thankfully he wasn't usually like that as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: You're right..

Madeline was still shocked that he was even kissing her as she looked at him thinking about it, then nodded her head.

Madeline: Friends.

She looked at him when he asked as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: I need to take things slow... I don't have any relationship experience, I've been along a long time.

She said honestly as she had pretty low self esteem..

She nodded a bit as she looked at him as she was thinking about it.

She said thinking about it.  As it sounded like something she could handle , as she was getting use to different things...
